How the Method Works
Think of Spellbridge™ as a GPS for spelling. When children hear a word, they often know where they want to go but aren't always sure how to get there. Spellbridge™ provides a clear pathway between the spoken word and the written word. Instead of guessing, children follow step by step directions:
YOU SAY – the child hears the word naturally, the way we speak.
YOU WRITE – the word is pronounced slowly, letter by letter, with fixed sounds and no silent letters.
YOU SPELL – the child builds the real English spelling using the stable sound chain from YOU WRITE.
This creates strong memory pathways and reduces guessing, confusion, and frustration.
